According to Bloomberg. Former Colombian Defense Minister Juan Manuel Santos leads in presidential elections over Antanas Mockus, the former mayor of Bogota.
With 1.3 percent of the ballots counted, Santos had 46 percent of the vote to 29 percent for Mockus, according to the national registry. Gustavo Petro was in third place with 8.6 percent. Six other candidates trailed.
A candidate needs a majority in the first round to win outright and avoid a June 20 runoff.
